To celebrate two decades of their genre-defying sophomore album, Minus the Bear and Suicide Squeeze Records proudly present: Menos el Oso: 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition featuring Los Archivos del Oso.

This deluxe reissue honors the legacy of Menos el Oso and pulls back the curtain on the band’s creative process with unreleased demos—raw yet fully realized—and a 24-page archival photo journal featuring images from the band’s personal collection.

Originally released in 2005, Menos el Oso marked a turning point—swerving from traditional guitar rock into something emotionally electric: staccato loops, club-influenced rhythms, synth textures, and lyrics tracing the blur between elation and aimlessness on their first overseas tour.

20 years later, it still sounds like a map to the outer edges of indie rock.
