“Musicians have told me over the years how much they enjoy hearing my demos. There is something about sitting around in my living room and hitting ‘record’ on my phone that allows me to capture very relaxed musical performances of songs as they are just forming. The demo for “Autumn Song” I recorded at my old house, “Winter Windows” I recorded at an apartment where I lived briefly after my divorce and the rest of the demos I recorded in the living room of my new house. It’s gratifying to share for the first time these intimate, raw versions of some of my new songs."
