What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept payment through Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Solo and Amex.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. All shipping is calculated at checkout so just select your address and this will be calculated automatically.
How long do orders take to process?
We aim to ship orders within 1 working day.

Delivery options to the UK:
Royal Mail Second Class Delivery: 2-5 Business days (for orders up 700g)
Note, if you do not select "tracking" at checkout, there is no way we can track your order and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
Delays in receiving Royal Mail packages are outside the control of Awesome Distro. Please leave 3 working
days in addition to the estimated Royal Mail delivery times before getting in touch about the status of your
order.

RETURNS
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please use the returns form included with your order, filling out the item, quantity and reason fields so we can process your return/exchange as fast as possible.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from Awesome Distro. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
You can call Customer Services between 9am and 5pm (GMT/BST) on weekdays; customer services are not open at the weekend unless stated.
7 Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailormade / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
*Awesome Distro will not be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
PRE-ORDER
If you order non pre-order items with pre-order items they will not ship until the specified date on the product description. If you need the non pre-ordered items sooner, please place two separate orders.
PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will not be charged unless the package is shipped within Wisconsin.
If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, most of the time this is a credit / debit card billing address issue. Please note that the billing address you enter must be the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. If you're still having problems, please contact our customer service team.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.
