RETURNS / EXCHANGES
By initiating a return, you agree to the terms of our return and exchange policies outlined below.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed and sealed items within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders. To return an item, please mail your item to:

Please also include the reason for the return on the original packing slip or a separate sheet of paper within your return shipment. Or even better, here’s a handy Return Form to print and include in your return shipment.

To exchange an item, place a new order for the replacement item and then return the original item via our return policy. You are also responsible for paying the shipping cost (calculated at checkout) for the replacement item(s) that you order unless there was an error on our end.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less shipping.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will not be charged unless the package is shipped within Wisconsin.
If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, most of the time this is a credit / debit card billing address issue. Please note that the billing address you enter must be the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. If you're still having problems, please contact our customer service team.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.

We ship anywhere in the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (by 5pm CST) and shipped within 2 Business Days* of order placement. Transit time includes weekdays and Saturday only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.
*Please note: During December, orders may take up to 3 Business Days to ship due to the Holiday Season. We appreciate your patience.

Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday (at 5 PM CST) within 5 Business Days* of order placement. All orders placed on Friday will dispatch the following MONDAY at 5 PM CST (excluding holidays). All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has not arrived during the suggested delivery time, please check with your local customs office. They can hold packages for 30 days, and if unclaimed by that time it will be returned to sender. We will not issue a credit or reship any items if they are lost in transit.
All shipments originate out of Eau Claire, WI. Shipping prices are determined by package weight and geographical location from the shipment's origin.
*Ambient Inks will not be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
If you order non pre-order items with pre-order items they will not ship until the specified date on the product description. If you need the non pre-ordered items sooner, please place two separate orders.
