Shipping & Orders
Although we're usually quicker, please allow 48 hours for your order to ship. You will receive tracking information (if applicable) as soon as your order leaves our facility.
USPS First Class: 1-5 Business Days, USPS Priority: 1-3 Business Days, USPS Media Mail: 2-8 Business Days, UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days, UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 Day.
USPS First Class Package Intl.: 2-4 weeks - tracking information provided.
Economy International: 4-6 weeks - no tracking information available.
All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less shipping, and credit card fees.
Ambient Inks will not be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors, or the misuse of coupon codes.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please do not send cash or check. Sales tax will not be charged unless the package is shipped within Wisconsin.
For international orders, please be aware that Customs taxes and/or import duties may be applied to your order. Please contact your local Customs office with any questions you may have.
We offer a Return Only* policy on unworn, unwashed and sealed merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be received at our facility within 30 days for Domestic orders and 60 days for International orders of the original ship date. You must include the original packing slip, or a piece of paper with your order #, name, email, phone. Either one must have a written explanation for the return to:
*If you need to return an item, please return the item purchased and once we receive we will process a credit,less shipping charges to the original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
*If you need to exchange an item please return the item purchased for a refund, less shipping charges and place a new order for the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges, unless there was an error on the part of our company. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, please contact customer service - email@example.com - within 2 weeks of receiving the package in order to receive a pre-paid postage label. You must print out the label, package the goods, and send back to us. We will only ship out the correct product as soon as we receive the incorrect product.
